  • In case of tenders, understanding the RFP requirements and draft the overall solution.
  • Finalization of OEM’s capable of delivering the solution.
  • In case of opportunity creation, preparation of DBR & DPR and where required preparing the RFP also.

    • Documentation

  • Preparation of solution document encompassing all the components required to meet the requirements and to provide the detailed understanding of the project.
  • Complete solution sizing viz. Server, Storage, OS, DB, Virtualization, bandwidth etc.
  • Finalization of the detailed engineering BOQ to arrive on the cost.

    • Presentation & POC

  • Drafting the solution presentation and presenting it if required.
  • Providing support for the POC where required.
